We’ll make five books in three hours. We’ll start out making books out of a sheet of paper, then a simple pamphlet, sewn together with a figure-eight stitch. Followed by two signatures (a group of about 16 pages) sewn as one with a surprise sewn in the middle. The class will finish out with an elaborate sewing of a pamphlet with link stitches along the spine.

You will need a bone folder, awl, needle, X-acto knife, ruler, cutting mat, scissors, and pencil (if you do not already have these the instructor will have them available for you to borrow). Price is $60 (Price includes a $10 materials fee.).
